in 1968, working in Paris as well as the UK. He moved
in 1977 to the Gulf Oil Corporation (in Brussels and
then London), where he managed their Audit Department,
covering both upstream and downstream operations.
As
a consultant, since 1986, Simon has represented clients
on many audits and reviews throughout the world. He
speaks French and knows Africa well.
